The Modern World - Achievements, Risks, Innovations

The University of National and World Economy and "Lyuben Karavelov" Regional Library - Ruse are organizing the XII International Scientific Conference "The Modern World - Achievements, Risks, Innovations", which will be held from April 9 to 11, 2025 in the city of Ruse. Applications for participation were submitted by 116 participants with 109 papers in the fields of historical and linguocultural studies; art studies; political and legal studies; pedagogy; society and communications; economic and philosophical studies. The forum involves scientists, lecturers, researchers, PhD students from 7 countries: Turkey, Romania, Greece, Israel, China, Poland, Bulgaria, from various foreign and Bulgarian higher education institutions and research institutes: Bartın University, Turkey; Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu and Hyperion University, Bucharest in Romania; Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin and University of Bialystok in Poland; University of National and World Economy; New Bulgarian University; University of Library Science and Information Technology; "St. Kliment Ohridski" Sofia University; "Prof. Asen Diamandiev" Academy of Music, Dance and Fine Arts - Plovdiv; "Paisiy Hilendarski" University of Plovdiv; "Angel Kanchev" University of Ruse; "Neofit Rilski" Southwestern University – Blagoevgrad; "Bishop Constantin Preslavski" University of Shumen; "Chernorizets Hrabar" Varna Free University; "Krastyo Sarafov" National Academy of Theatre and Film Arts; National Academy of Art; The institutes of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences - Institute for the Study of Arts; Institute for the Study of Population and Man; Institute for Historical Studies; Institute for State and Law, as well as colleagues from "St. Cyril and Methodius"National Library, "Nikola Furnadzhiev" Regional Library - Pazardzhik; University Library - University of National and World Economy; National Literary Museum - Sofia; "Danube Strings" Non-profit association – Silistra and others.
